We Ship World Wide.
Standard shipping US will take 5-7 business days and the price is $6.95 first item.
Expedited shipping US will take 2-3 business days and the price is $10.25 first item.
Economy shipping CA/MX will take 6-10 business days and the price is $15.00 first item.
Fulfillment is operated by Amazon FBA and we ship from across the US/CA/MX.
FedEx International for all World Wide Orders & CUSTOM ORDERS
These are shipped Factory Direct and range from $35 - 45 depending on postal code. Not including remote areas. We use FedEx International for all Factory Direct orders.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us with your order confirmation or Amazon order number. Once we accept the return request we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return label will not be accepted.
DAMAGED or WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
CUSTOM/BUSINESS ORDERS
Custom and business orders are shipped World Wide with FedEx to the EU, North America and the UAE.
CUSTOM ORDERS RETURNS & REFUNDS
Custom-made covers are built individually to the customer’s supplied measurements, mounting configuration, and design options. Because each cover is manufactured specifically for a single unique setup, custom orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once production has begun.
SoundCover is not responsible for issues resulting from:

Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

Changes of mind after production

Mounting setups that differ from the described configuration

Speaker models or positions that vary from the original description
If there is a concern about fit, customers may send photos and we will review the issue and provide guidance where possible. Adjustments are considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
